Rebel Recap

You just can't do much when you have six turnovers and your defense is on the field for 38+ minutes. It is pretty obvious the Rebel offense is on the operating table, the paddles are warmed up... Clear.. nothing... straight flatline....Just dead. I feel bad for the defense.. they are doing everything they can. They held Bama to field goals despite being put in some tough situations. Sure, the talented back Ingram from Bama had 170+ on the ground and a score, but hell he had 38 minutes to work with. Give Bama all the credit in the world. They are good across the board, offense, defense, etc. For the Rebels.....I hope they can generate some offense to try and get things going over the next 7 games. Still got a shot at having a respectable season if they can do so. If not, I don't know what the hell to expect. Not much else to say about it other than it was pretty much another moral victory to be able to hang around with the #3 team in the country. I am sure there are some thinking what if? What if they didn't turn the ball over so much..etc... Have fun dealing with that. Homecoming is next week against UAB. That should be interesting.
