I don't know what the hell is going on in this video. Somebody tackles a large breasted girl. That guy walks away with his hands up like he is innocent. Then the cops come and slam someone else. This is what happens to you when you act up in Vegas. The cops there don't play. If you need further proof, just watch the tv show cops. Every other episode takes place in Vegas.
