Fantasy Baseball Hotdog Party
Yesterday afternoon the 'Dog and Beer' Fantasy Baseball league held there annual victory party. It is a end of the year party that we hold after each baseball season in which we give the victor his share of the leagues winnings and just get together and share in the wonder that is the hot dog and beer. The way our league is set up is that you get a certain amount of transactions (trades, adds, drops, etc) throughout the year. With those transactions you pay for them. There is a $10 minimum to be allocated to the Victors party with each and every move over 10 costing a $1... so if you had 25 transactions, you owe $25. All this money goes to the party and for good reason. We get hot dogs and any and all condiments you would need to jazz up your wiener. We had enough hot dogs to feed about 10 more people... not to mention we bought some beer with the money. The party started around 3 in the afternoon and carried over until the evening. I think we shut er' down around midnight. At that point, we had run out of beer and had moved into the hard liquor. Some people felt the need to take shots of a mysterious blue liquor, which I highly advise avoiding at all cost. After that was gone, I even witnessed the first ever shot of pepper sauce being taken. I bet they are not liking themeselves today for that move...As I type this, my hangover grows. Crocett Out!
