First things first, WTF is this?

I'm really not sure how I stumbled upon this, but once I did I could not look away. It's like a horrible car crash. You know there are going to be mangled bodies yet you can't stop staring. Is this an actual video on a music channel somewhere? If anyone finds out, let me know so I can cross that off my places to visit list.
